Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rhythms & Rituals experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer product exchanges or refunds.

Exceptions – Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our matcha and any future consumable products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items.

However, if you believe you have received a defective, spoiled, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item in question

We will assess the matter promptly, and if a legitimate issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know at hello@rhythmsrituals.com. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
