All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details if available.

During busy seasons or new product launches, please allow a little extra time, we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within South Africa and offer both standard and express options.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may be out of our control (weather, customs, postal service disruptions). If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, reach out and we’ll look into it right away.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
